LIC-ASSISTANT

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from any recognized Indian University or Institution

Minimum: 18 years

Maximum: 30 years

Ex-servicemen: HSC (10+2+3): Those who have served at least for 10 years

Matric: Those who have served at least 15 years

Non-Matric: 15 years of service + Indian army special certificate exam or corresponding exam in the navy or airforce.

LIC Assistant Selection Process 2024

Selection of the LIC Assistant 2024 Exam will be done through a two-tier process (Prelims+Mains) and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination.

Phase 1 – LIC Assistant Prelims Exam

Phase 2 – LIC Assistant Mains Exam

Phase 3 – Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination

LIC Assistant Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

1. The LIC Assistant preliminary examination will be conducted in online mode and has a total duration of 1 hour or 60 mintues for each section.

2. It consists of 3 sections with a total of 100 questions and a maximum score of 100 marks.

3. There will be no negative marking in the LIC Assistant prelims exam.

4. English/Hindi Language test will be of qualifying nature and marks in the Language section will not be counted for ranking. The section-wise details are given below:

LIC Assistant Mains Exam Pattern 2024

1. The LIC Assistant Main exam is also conducted online, it has 5 sections with a total score of 200 marks and total duration of 150 minutes.

2. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the main examination and ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
